Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events in real-time SIEM systems for equity options trading platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on financial transaction systems
- Develop incident response playbooks specifically for options market manipulation attacks
- Collaborate with trading desks to implement zero-trust architectures for sensitive financial data
- Lead threat hunting operations targeting financial sector-specific APT groups
- Design and deploy encryption protocols for options pricing algorithms and order routing systems
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and PCI-DSS regulations for financial transactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years cybersecurity experience with financial services or trading systems
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network forensics
- Deep understanding of options trading workflows and market microstructure
- Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 and JWT for financial APIs
- Knowledge of FIX protocol security hardening techniques
- Ability to pass FINRA Series 24 or 27 licensing within 90 days
- TS/SCI clearance preferred or ability to obtain
