What You'll Achieve:
You'll dive into real-world projects from day one, learning to clean, analyze, and visualize datasets using industry-standard tools. Through our structured onboarding program, you'll gain proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms while building a strong foundation in statistical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify meaningful trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Assist in A/B testing design and implementation to optimize product features
- Document analytical processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or willingness to learn through our training program
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
