Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on client networks
- Develop and implement security protocols for cloud/on-premises environments
- Generate comprehensive incident reports and remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security architecture and compliance frameworks
- Stay updated on emerging threats and security best practices
- Train junior analysts on security tools and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity analysis or incident response roles
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification preferred
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 security operations environment
- Valid U.S. work authorization required
