Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts using provided SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents within SLAs
- Analyze malware using furnished forensic workstations
- Generate threat intelligence reports for executive stakeholders
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using provided scanners
- Collaborate on incident response playbooks with red team
- Document security procedures using provided documentation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years cybersecurity experience with SIEM tools
- Active Security+ or CISSP certification
- Experience with provided equipment (Splunk, Wireshark, EnCase)
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills for threat correlation
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
