Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate cyber incidents and coordinate incident response protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Stay current on emerging threats and defensive technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in SOC or similar environment
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and common attack vectors
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 operations coverage
