Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate security incidents and lead remediation efforts
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security controls for cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST frameworks
- Document security procedures and incident reports
- Stay updated on emerging threats and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with active CISSP or Security+ certification
- Proficiency in threat detection and incident response (IR)
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
