Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 threat monitoring and analysis using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations and remediation for security breaches
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Generate comprehensive security reports for stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging threats and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (SOC, incident response, or threat hunting)
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
