Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and threats in real-time using SIEM tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Investigate security incidents, root cause analysis, and produce detailed reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure infrastructure deployment.
- Enforce compliance standards and data protection policies across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Network Defense.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with security tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, FireEye).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during security breaches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
