Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats across cloud/on-premise environments using SIEM tools
- Conduct incident response, forensic analysis, and mitigation of security breaches
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies, reports)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement secure coding practices
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Lead security awareness training for technical and non-technical staff
- Manage compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/IR experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in threat detection (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Knowledge of zero-trust architecture and IAM best practices
- Ability to work under pressure with SLA-driven deadlines
