Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using Splunk and QRadar
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks for zero-day threats
- Collaborate with red team on threat hunting exercises
- Document security findings in compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Train junior analysts on emerging cyber threats
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response
- Certified CISSP or CEH (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS)
- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) environments
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
