Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents within the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus software.
- Perform forensic analysis on security breaches to determine the root cause and remediation strategy.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in information security or SOC analysis.
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network architecture, and security principles.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
