Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Implement and maintain firewall and network security policies.
- Respond to security breaches and coordinate incident recovery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, HIPAA, ISO).
- Collaborate with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities and secure endpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or SOC operations.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python/Bash) is a plus.
