As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our digital assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, conduct rigorous incident response, and drive continuous improvement in our security posture.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events using SIEM tools to detect and respond to potential cyber threats in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and applications.
- Investigate and remediate security incidents, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
- Manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices are followed.
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends to recommend proactive measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Security Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and common attack vectors.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
