Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for critical systems during off-peak hours.
- Perform system deployments, patch management, and database optimizations on weekends.
- Conduct code reviews and technical troubleshooting for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and system architecture.
- Document technical processes and create runbooks for automated recovery systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
