Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with SOAR automation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with IT teams on secure architecture design
- Lead incident response tabletop exercises and drills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in security operations center (SOC)
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP or CISM certification
- Proficiency in network security tools (FireEye, CrowdStrike)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
