Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct daily vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Implement and maintain security controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Investigate security breaches and coordinate with incident response teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to secure software development lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network administration.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Azure Sentinel) and threat intelligence.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and Linux/Windows environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
