Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems to detect and respond to cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop and implement security controls to mitigate emerging risks
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate incident response procedures
- Generate detailed security reports and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain secure system configurations
- Stay updated on evolving threat landscapes and security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and vulnerability scanners
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security architectures
- Experience with Windows/Linux system administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Tulsa
