Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk/QRadar) for threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid environments
- Develop/implement security controls to mitigate emerging cyber threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture improvements
- Generate executive-level security reports and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead forensic investigations during security breaches and cyber incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in SOC operations or threat analysis role
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and network security protocols
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
