Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate cybersecurity incidents using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks and security policies
- Collaborate with network teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Produce executive-level security threat intelligence reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in SOC operations or threat detection
- CompTIA Security+/CISSP/CISA certification required
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with EDR tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 security operations center
