Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using Nessus and Qualys across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop and execute penetration testing frameworks to identify security gaps
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Create comprehensive security documentation and compliance reports (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement DevSecOps best practices
- Provide security awareness training to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with SOC operations background
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and endpoint protection
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) frameworks
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, CrowdStrike)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
