Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop and implement security controls aligned with NIST frameworks
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate security gaps and patch management
- Prepare detailed incident reports and executive summaries for stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging threats and zero-day vulnerabilities
- Participate in security awareness training for employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification (preferred)
