Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms for security incidents and initiate rapid response protocols
- Conduct forensic investigations on security breaches and document findings
- Develop and implement threat detection strategies using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security controls and policies
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
