Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using Splunk and ArcSight SIEM platforms
- Investigate security incidents using MITRE ATT&CK framework methodologies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security documentation including playbooks and runbooks
- Collaborate with forensic teams during security breach investigations
- Implement security controls aligned with NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001 standards
- Provide 24/7 on-call rotation support for critical incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and security tools
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (CrowdStrike, Recorded Future)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems administration
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure incident response scenarios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
