What You’ll Do
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring our security landscape, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify and mitigate potential threats in real-time.
- Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute incident response procedures.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing support, and manage patching cycles for operating systems and applications.
- Enforce corporate security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Collaborate with IT operations and engineering teams to design and implement security controls and secure architecture.
- Produce comprehensive security reports and metrics for stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of security controls.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or as a Security Analyst.
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms is highly preferred.
- Certifications such as Security+, CEH, GCIH, or CISSP are a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, Windows/Linux administration, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
