Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate security incidents and orchestrate rapid response protocols
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Document security procedures and incident reports
- Stay current on emerging threats and regulatory compliance (NIST, GDPR)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with threat hunting and incident response
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
