Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct forensic analysis and incident response coordination
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement vulnerability patches
- Perform penetration testing and security assessments
- Generate executive security reports and KPI dashboards
- Stay current on emerging threats and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH) preferred
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
