Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment.
- Monitor system performance, health, and security; troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and security experts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or Systems Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
