Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost-efficiency
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies and encryption standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Document architecture and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Manage cloud budgets and implement cost optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) with certification
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and load balancing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
