Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows to reduce time-to-market.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize application performance.
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks to adhere to industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Deep expertise in AWS (or Azure) services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus) and logging (ELK Stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
