Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP architectures using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs through continuous monitoring and architectural improvements
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Ensure zero-downtime deployments with blue/green and canary strategies
- Collaborate with security teams to implement cloud security best practices (CIS benchmarks)
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients
- Document architecture decisions and create runbooks for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with cloud troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
