- Monitor system performance and health using monitoring tools to ensure high availability.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues in a live production environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for Learning: A strong willingness to undergo intensive, paid training to master cloud technologies.
- Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
