Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure environments.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, health, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Automation: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible.
- Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps and Software Engineering teams to integrate cloud solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for deployment and architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Technical Basics: Basic understanding of Linux/Windows Server environments and networking fundamentals.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
