Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure on major platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management, and log analysis.
- Document system configurations, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for common cloud errors.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews to contribute to team knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn cloud technologies with a "no experience" mindset focused on growth and development.
- Familiarity with basic operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site training.
