Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud resource usage and implement strategies to reduce operational costs without sacrificing performance.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE.
- Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS or Azure services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC).
- Containerization: Strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Scripting: Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer Professional preferred.
