Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Optimization: Monitor cloud resource usage and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize performance.
- Security: Enforce security protocols and best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Collaboration: Partner with DevOps and software development teams to integrate cloud services into applications.
- Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents and technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or Systems Administrator.
- Skills: Proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC) or Azure.
- Tools: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Certification: Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
