As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud costs and resource allocation.
- Security: Enforce security best practices and compliance standards across all cloud environments.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategy and support application migration.
- Scripting: Write Python, Bash, or Go scripts to automate routine tasks and infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or Systems Administrator.
- Platform: Strong proficiency in AWS or Azure (Certifications preferred).
- Containers: Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Networking: Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
