Responsibilities
- Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Optimization: Monitor system performance, optimize resource utilization, and reduce cloud costs.
- Security: Enforce security protocols, manage IAM roles, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC2).
- Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within the cloud environment.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps.
- Proficiency: Strong expertise in AWS or Azure, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and VPC.
- Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting: Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and scripting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance is a plus.
