Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS/GCP/Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to automate deployments
- Monitor cloud environments using tools like Datadog, New Relic, or CloudWatch to ensure optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and performance bottlenecks
- Document architecture, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational excellence
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
- Optimize cloud costs through resource allocation and architecture improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and associated services
- Proficiency in at least one Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, load balancers, security groups)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
- Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Cloud Engineer) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule
