Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI) for seamless deployments
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments using monitoring solutions (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Ensure security compliance and implement best practices (CIS Benchmarks, IAM policies)
- Troubleshoot complex cloud issues and provide production support during on-call rotations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance system resilience and performance
- Document architecture decisions and maintain up-to-date runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell) and automation frameworks
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and experience with GitOps workflows
- Cloud security certifications (CCSP, Security+, or equivalent)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work core hours (10 AM - 3 PM) with remote/hybrid options
