Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
- Manage and optimize cloud costs through strategic resource allocation and FinOps practices.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Design and enforce CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve software delivery velocity.
- Conduct thorough security audits and implement best practices to protect cloud assets and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on cloud best practices and architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE.
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
