Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs through FinOps strategies and resource automation
- Lead Kubernetes deployments with Helm and Istio service mesh
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Manage hybrid cloud environments with Azure Arc and AWS Outposts
- Conduct security hardening and compliance audits (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps workflows
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus) and log aggregation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in cost optimization and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent problem-solving skills and cloud architecture design
