Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting basic cloud service issues.
- Support the documentation of system architecture and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve user access and network connectivity tickets.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and technical training sessions to continuously improve skills.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and data privacy standards.
- Perform routine backups and system updates under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux) is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote training components.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing) is a significant advantage.
