Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AWS/Azure/GCP solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency, performance, and reliability while implementing robust CI/CD pipelines
- Design and implement advanced security frameworks including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance monitoring
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Python/Ansible and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical cloud services and conduct root cause analysis for incidents
- mentor junior engineers and stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Engineer)
- Expert proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management
- Proven track record designing secure, high-availability multi-cloud architectures
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
