Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and security while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead container orchestration projects using Kubernetes and serverless technologies
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance cloud-native application architectures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Demonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
