Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Optimize cloud costs through monitoring, rightsizing, and reserved instance strategies
- Ensure security compliance with SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS standards
- Lead disaster recovery planning and high-availability architecture design
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Kubernetes orchestration and containerization
- Document architecture blueprints and create runbooks for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- AWS/Azure/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems
- Excellent written communication for stakeholder documentation
