Responsibilities
- Define the strategic roadmap for AI and Quantum Computing integration, with specific milestones leading up to 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists to develop proprietary AI algorithms.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable quantum-ready neural networks.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) development.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prioritize R&D investments based on market trends and future technological readiness.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and systems architecture.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts, such as qubits, superposition, and entanglement, applied to software.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to investors and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for solving the world's hardest problems.
