Responsibilities
- Design and validate scalable autonomous driving architectures using sensor fusion and machine learning frameworks
- Develop fail-safe systems exceeding ISO 26262 ASIL-D safety standards for 2026 deployment
- Lead integration of V2X communication protocols with edge computing infrastructure
- Optimize real-time decision-making algorithms for complex urban environments
- Collaborate with regulators to shape policy frameworks for autonomous vehicle certification
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical AI development and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in autonomous systems development (e.g., ROS, Apollo, Waymo stack)
- Deep understanding of sensor fusion technologies (LiDAR, radar, computer vision)
- Published research in autonomous navigation or reinforcement learning
- Familiarity with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and ASIL-D certification processes
- Experience with edge computing architectures and 5G V2X protocols
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
