Qualifications
- 8+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years implementing AI/ML recruitment technologies or predictive hiring analytics
- Proven track record reducing recruitment costs by 30%+ through automation and data-driven decision making
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation in recruitment algorithms
- Advanced certification in AI for HR (e.g., Google AI for HR, IBM Watson Talent Analytics)
