- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and investors.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into viable product roadmaps.
