Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum Computing.
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI models and machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation across all departments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
